COVID 19 UPDATE
Dear Junior Tennis Community

Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times. Tennis is one of the lucky sports that were able to train when others had to stop.

In the statement from the president released on 28 May, sporting events are allowed subject to social distancing protocols. It is thus decided to schedule our next junior tournament 12-13 June in Windhoek. This is subject to the Sports Commission’s regulations yet to be released.

Some of the measures we will implement:

Only singles will be played Players to use own equipment, towels, water bottles and refreshments; We will make use of different venues and all matches will be completed at allocated venues (semis and finals as well) No prize-giving Spectators will be limited. Covid-19 measures from government, Sports Commission and ITF will be followed as closely as possible. More detail will be communicated nearer to the event. Online entries will open soon and communicated on all platforms.
